Prices are per month. Chief Club is month to month with no activation fee. Chief Watch and Chief Total each have a $99 one-time activation fee and a 12-month initial term, then continue month to month. Requesting a plan on this website is a callback request only: it does not enroll you or authorize any charge. Before you enroll, we give you the plan's full written terms, including billing, renewal, cancellation and any early-termination or refund terms, and ask for your agreement.
Common questions
What is the difference between the yearly inspection and the tune-up?
The inspection looks and reports: a thermal scan of the panel, a test of every accessible outlet and safety device, and a written report with photos. The Chief Total tune-up gets hands-on and leaves everything tighter than it was. Both end with a one-page report by text.
Does priority scheduling mean same-day service?
It means members get the first open slot, ahead of the general queue. We still book first come, first served, and only promise same-day when we actually have it.
Can I start with Club and upgrade later?
Yes. Moving up is a phone call. The activation fee applies once when the monitoring hardware goes in.
What happens to the hardware if I cancel?
It stays in the house. The energy monitor keeps working in its own app. Chief monitoring and reports stop.
