Outdoor Lighting Package
Permanent roofline lights, landscape lighting and outdoor outlets, priced together as good, better or best.
Signs it's time
- The whole exterior, done in one go
- One price instead of three quotes
- A new home or a redone exterior
- Patio outlets, and somewhere to plug the inflatables
How the job goes
- Good: front roofline lights, two outdoor outlets
- Better: front and sides, walkway path lights, four outlets
- Best: whole property with uplights, deck and step lights, patio and garage outlets
- One crew, one calendar
What moves the price
- Number of fixtures, devices or spots
- Power nearby, or a new circuit
- Ceilings, walls, attic access, patching
- Your fixtures or ours
- Permits: usually for new circuits, usually not for straight swaps
Permits for this work
Straight swaps usually need no permit. New circuits and outdoor, hot tub, pool, heat pump or range wiring usually do. The fee shows on your quote.

Questions we hear
Can I start with the Good package and add later?
Yes. Each phase is built for the next one to plug into.
How long does a whole-property lighting install take?
One to three days, by size.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. An electrician looks at the job in person and quotes it, free.
