New Solar Installation

Chief Electric fixes solar. Sister company Elevation Energy Solutions installs it. We'll introduce you.

Signs your system needs help

  • A roof with no solar yet
  • A system that needs more panels
  • Solar and a battery in one go
  • A quote with financing options

How a service visit goes

  1. Call us; we make the introduction
  2. Elevation designs and installs it
  3. Chief Electric covers panel, battery, EV charger and service
  4. One team for as long as it runs

What moves the price

  • Inverter, wiring, panels or monitoring
  • Roof access and panel count
  • Parts still under manufacturer warranty
  • Remove and reinstall: array size, roofer's schedule

Permits for solar work

Repairs usually skip the permit. Inverter swaps, remove-and-reinstall and added equipment typically need one, and some changes go to your utility. Fees are on the quote.

Solar service questions

Why doesn't Chief Electric install solar?

Focus. We do electrical work; Elevation does solar design and installs.

Can Chief still service my solar afterward?

Yes. Service and repair is our side of it.

Do you charge for the visit?

Repairs start with a flat diagnostic fee, quoted when you book and waived on any repair over $500. Quotes for installs and upgrades are free.
