Solar Monitoring Fix

App frozen or gateway offline? We get your production back on screen.

Signs your system needs help

  • The app went quiet weeks ago
  • A Wi-Fi change
  • The gateway reads offline
  • No login to your own monitoring

How a service visit goes

  1. Check gateway, connection and account
  2. Reconnect Wi-Fi, or go cellular or wired
  3. Get the account out of the installer's name
  4. Turn on production alerts

What moves the price

  • Inverter, wiring, panels or monitoring
  • Roof access and panel count
  • Parts still under manufacturer warranty
  • Remove and reinstall: array size, roofer's schedule

Permits for solar work

Repairs usually skip the permit. Inverter swaps, remove-and-reinstall and added equipment typically need one, and some changes go to your utility. Fees are on the quote.

Solar service questions

Can you take over my installer's solar monitoring account?

Usually, by going through the manufacturer.

Does solar monitoring really matter?

Yes. Without it, a dead system can sit unnoticed for months.

Do you charge for the visit?

Repairs start with a flat diagnostic fee, quoted when you book and waived on any repair over $500. Quotes for installs and upgrades are free.
