Who GoodLeap is
GoodLeap, LLC is a point-of-sale lender for home projects, based on Sierra College Boulevard in Roseville. It began as a mortgage company in 2003, started lending for solar in 2017 under the name Loanpal, and became GoodLeap in 2021.
Contractors offer GoodLeap through its GoodLeap Pros app. The loan itself comes from GoodLeap, not from us, and GoodLeap holds California Financing Law license 60DBO-67640 with the DFPI.
What you get
A fixed installment loan: you borrow a set amount for a set term and pay it back in equal monthly payments. GoodLeap also advertises no-interest promotional offers on some home improvement loans. Which offer you qualify for, and its exact terms, show up in your loan documents before you sign.
