TURNS Financing financing
TURNS Financing Services finds other lenders when a first application isn't approved.

Type: Second-look financing

Who TURNS Financing is
TURNS is an Atlanta-based second-look financing platform. When a homeowner isn't approved by a primary lender, TURNS sends the application to a network of other lenders to look for an approval.
TURNS isn't a single lender. The company that approves you is named in your documents, and its terms are the ones that apply.
What you get
Depends on the lender that approves you. Options in the TURNS network range from installment loans, including fixed-term and deferred-interest plans, to lease-to-own programs that don't require a traditional credit history.
How it works with Chief Electric
- We build your written quote
- If a primary lender declines, we offer to run the application through TURNS
- TURNS looks for an approval across its network of lenders
- You review the offer and the named lender's agreement
- We do the work once you sign
- You pay the lender named in your agreement
Before you sign
- Second-look and lease-to-own options often cost more than prime financing. Compare the total cost in your agreement.
- With a lease-to-own option, you don't own the item until it is paid off or bought out.
- Read who your lender is. It isn't TURNS and it isn't Chief Electric.
Paying after the job
Payments go to the lender named in your agreement, not to Chief Electric or TURNS. Your agreement explains how to pay.
